Designs and digital assets may be sourced from in-house teams or verified contributors.

3. Intellectual Property

Customers gain full rights upon purchase and delivery of the final product.
Designers and contractors waive rights to work once delivered and paid.
USTECHFLIX does not offer copyright registration but transfers ownership rights post-payment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our site or services.
You agree not to infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights.
You will not submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to the site or services.

5. Payment & Fees

All payments must be completed before final delivery.
USTECHFLIX charges in USD ($). Taxes are the user’s responsibility.
Fees for services vary by scope and package selected.

6. Refunds

We ensure 100% satisfaction through unlimited revisions. Refunds are available under the following terms:

Full refund if requested before initial concepts (minus 10% processing fee)
66% refund within 48 hours of delivery
33% refund within 48–120 hours
No refund after 120 hours unless there’s a violation on our part

Refunds will not be granted due to:

Change of mind
Business closure or change
Engagement with external freelancers
Copying other designs
Incomplete briefing

7. Usage Rights

Clients must not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse our services or code.
USTECHFLIX reserves rights to update, discontinue, or change services without notice.

8. Testimonials & Feedback

Client testimonials may be published publicly.
By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it for promotional purposes.

9. Communication Policy

By submitting your email or phone number:

You agree to receive project updates, revisions, and promotions.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or unsubscribing.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to ban or terminate accounts engaging in spam, scams, or illegal activity.
Users may appeal a ban through our support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

USTECHFLIX is not liable for misuse of delivered work by clients or third parties.
We are not responsible for downtime, external linking errors, or platform limitations.

12. Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
